These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("Player", "User", "you", or "your"), and Receh88 (hereinafter "Receh88", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atreceh88.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Receh88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Each Player may register and maintain onlyone (1) Account on the Receh88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You are obligated to keep this information current and accurate at all times. The provision of false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Receh88 immediately via our support channels if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Receh88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In accordance with our obligations under anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks and responsible gaming standards, Receh88 requires all Players to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing any withdrawal from their account. KYC may also be triggered by deposits exceding certain thresholds or by specific account activity patterns at the Company's discretion.

The KYC process requires you to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document. For Malaysian players, this will typically be the MyKad (National Identity Card). International players may submit a valid passport.

All deposits to and withdrawals from a Receh88 account are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported, subject to availability and the Company's right to modify the list at any time:

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for bank transfers and FPX, and RM10 for e-wallet transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30. Individual bank and e-wallet provider limits may impose additional restrictions.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy is applied as anti-money laundering control. Receh88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Receh88 offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by Receh88:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players with verified, active accounts who have satisfied the stated qualifying conditions.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific bonus once unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from x10 to x20 of the bonus amount.

• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of award).
• Receh88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus already awarded if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, exploited, or is subject to abuse.

All casino game outcomes on the Receh88 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness. Sports betting outcomes are governed by the official results of the relevant sporting event and the specific rules applicable to each market type.

In the event of a technical failure, server error, or disconnection during an active game round or bet, Receh88 will endeavour to reconstruct the outcome based on server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, wagers affected by genuine technical faults may be refunded at the Company's discretion.

If you believe a bet outcome is incorrect or that your account has been credited or debited in error, you must notify the Receh88 support team in writing within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained. Receh88's decision on dispute resolution is final, subject to any escalation procedure available under the applicable licensing framework.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Receh88 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform ("multi-accounting").
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through any payment provider in bad faith.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or display glitches for financial gain.
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Facilitating access to the platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or adversely affects other users' experience.

All content on the Receh88 platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, brand names, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Receh88 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Receh88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Receh88 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

In all circumstances, Receh88's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Receh88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any feature thereof at any time without prior notice.

Receh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a third party acting on their behalf.
• A legal obligation imposed by any competent authority or court order.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable pending bonus requirements will be refunded to the verified payment method on file, subject to a standard identity verification check.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Receh88 is incorporated and licensed.
